Lot 19 Moliagul Drive Moliagul

* A pretty, slight undulating, large block.
* Some main road frontage and with the longer stretch of frontage along Moliagul Drive itself.
* Massive dam.
* Three side boundaries.
* Lovely mixed treed areas and pockets of clearing.
* Seasonal creek to the front.
* Zoned farming, houses in the area and neighbouring.

Heading from Dunolly, take directions to through the small township of historic Moliagul, over the cross road (Wimmera Highway) and continue on passing Dalmation Drive on your left, then look out for the first Moliagul Drive sign and the block commences on your right.

Don't be perturbed by the internal fencing as the rear boundary fence is far over the hill. The internal fencing was to keep sheep at bay.

Head down Moliagul Drive, look out for my large sign board, keep driving look out for the double gates with our pointer board on it, keep driving and look for the beautiful dam with resident ducks, the block finishes at the corner fence posts just past the dam and the boundary fence leads up the hill. Feel free to walk the boundaries.
